1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Eligible products include:

  • Bird Baths, Feeders & Houses
  • Bollards & Pier Caps
  • Fire Decor
  • Garden Arches & Arbors

Please note that custom or made-to-order items, as well as clearance products, may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at admin@slyvan.xyz within 30 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your message:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization if necessary.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either issuing a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or final sale products
